Silencing the hens

It is tragic that in this world we live in, merit is regarded as monetary and occupational in value.   Those in higher paid services or of a special occupation requiring high degrees of training, education or time of service to advance ascertain that they indeed have more merit than another person, regardless of say age or experience or adherance to laws of Man and God.
