Calling Doctor Chimichanga

Remember the chimichanga?  It was a staple at the now defunct Chi Chi's mexican restaurant.  I think I may have had it a time or two.
That said, I must say that there is a concoction that if prepared well is the blessing that was grown in Arizona, California, Mexico and other said heated arid locations.
Thats the avocado dip or guacamole of the western doctors kit.
Guacamole with of course some chips is a staple of the superbowl having this year I heard a noted record amount of avocadoes were sold in the days leading up to the game.
The avocado is rich in natural monounsaturated fatty acids including oleic acid.  It is reported to be preventative of cancer, as well as lowering of the cholesterol level and in my beliefs has a number of heart healthy effects.   It is natures source of alpha and beta carotene, lutein as well as the coveted lycopene (strong cardiovascular improvements).  Another natural ingredient is beta sitosterol, an ingredient that may prevent cancer and offer still more cardiovascular improvements.
I've seen other various health benefits reported in a few places online including dermatologic improvements including psoriasis as well as even preventing macular degeneration.
That said, buy some more avocados.
I must say that I just noted in my discovery process a new method of preparing and serving avocado- mixed with milk and honey in maybe a blended concoction.  They referred to it as an avocado milk shake.
I will hopefully be able to increase this in my diet.  I have seen the avocado listed among the top 10 healtiest foods you can enjoy one shows like Dr. Oz and elsewhere numerous times.
