Picking up lincoln logs with your teeth

Too bad its not Friday.  I'd be glad to get this week of blogging over with!
Too many people I have known have been aggressive or inappropriate through the years.  If they ask for forgiveness of make tschuvah and refrain from the behavior in the future, I have no problem.
That said, until that day, if this is you I am thinking of, you are not in my best graces.
One friend in particular I have known for a good 20 plus years now.  This fellow has had his difficulties in life and has not been too stabile in his professional development.  That said, he is eager to serve in a work job, but to me, he seems smug.  I have many times visited this person in various places where we happen to happenstance cross paths.  Each time, I am greeted with disagreeable disagreement in terms of the feelings I get from his "friendly" banter.   I do not know what to say.  Its a small town.  We have shared a few friends.   What is it that you want to say to me, really?  Did I speak inappropriately some time in the past?  Were you unhappy with my comments or behavior with another relation we both share?   Either way, you are not welcome in my home today.  I do hope that your concerns resolve, but when will you be friendly instead of trying to intimidate me with your own personal negativity and disearnest and less than humble disregard for thoughtful conversation.  I wish you were better......
