Manners, Manners, Manners

What does it take to defeat evil?  A straw that sucks up aggression and divorces the face of narcissism from eternity!!!!!!
I have a soul that I have come across who has challenged my previous years of activity as a doctor, albeit I was meerly an intern/resident.  This person has even gone so far to accuse me of being a "killer" on numerous days.  This is not just heresy, it is a crime.  True that a physician may be negligent in ones care.  That said, residents and interns are covered by the umbrella of their attending physician.  I could very well have made an egregious error,  I do attest to you that I did not, but that said, learning is learning and one is not expected to be a perfect practicing physician his first or second year or more of residency.   I have only one major error to report to you and that is I had a patient in Anesthesiology care whom I did not transfuse blood to earlier, having underestimated blood losses, and she became hypotensive during the procedure requiring the transfusing and an interruption in the degree of anesthesia administered. (volatile gases can result in hypotension).   She was treated and did well postoperatively.  She mentioned some slight awareness (they wake a little bit) but there was no pain recall or long term trauma/pain and suffering.  A scary experience and this is how doctors learn.
