The ocean of mongooses

Ok. I met a friend in a chat room.   A really funny guy.   This guy seems to remark once in a while about the fact that I have a full beard and to him, growing a full beard is like crossing the great divide in a tricyle with a rotor on top.   I have to laugh when this fellow remarks that he wants me to "send him a kit to grow a beard".  I am not annoyed and it is actually quite amusing.  But still, a social disease.  Call this one "necklace slider".  Its like he wants to slide a new token onto your necklace.   Silly, disease ridden but not damaging other than to take up a moment of the day for me to think of how unprofessional and sorry this fellow really is in life.
