Silencing the critics

Of course noone can argue that Rebbe Schneerson of the ChaBaD fame of the blessed memory to the ChaBaD groups has not changed the world.   He has. 
He has changed the face of Jewish life in many ways.

But I assert that if the ChaBaD is involved in schemes such as discussed in California where a woman was defrauded out of her life savings and estate in her 80s after the death of her husband by a Rabbi from ChaBaD as well as the discrimination I have felt, I am not sure that they have changed the face of Jewish life for the entire betterment of Israel. 

So with that in mind, I have decided tonight to give a donation to The Plastic Surgery Foundation.
I may not be able to fix the face of the ChaBaD, at least not overnight, but this diligent physician will in turn help fix other faces that need to be fixed at least by surgery. 

This serves as Tikkun Olam and I hope that with this mitzvah, the betterment of the faces of other social experiences will be fixed in time. 
I will say 'pay it foward'.
