Making sense of a tuba player
I have to blog this one. Today I was new to learn that someone we are family with has told us that "leaving an avacado seed in the guacamole" will make it brown a little bit slower. I must say that this is a silly bit, but I do believe it constitues academic and scientific heresy. An avacado seed does not remit any major gaseous emissions that would indeed affect the entire bowl of guacamole. I do not know that there is any science behind this one, but I suspect that is it a fools treasure. I must say that the guacamole rarely lasts more than 2 days in our home and it is always tasty. I hope that noone puts seeds in their guacamole, but if indeed this is a science, please comment your thoughts. If not, please excuse the sillyness that I have included here but hope that it does make you smile a bit.
