Dating your best friend's girlfriend

I must say that I have enjoyed my Jewish life and I have picked a lot of minds in my time.  I will hopefully pick more.  The one mind that intrigues me the most is the conservative jewish mind.   I must say that these are intelligent people who want to be closer to God.  That is my beleif.  They want to be Jewish and they want a sort of real religous experience.  Many of them do not really like the reform experiences and think that reform is just not a true Jewish way of life.  They go to a "higher level".  That is true that conservative Judaism is a more sort of religious experience.  They have more hebrew in their services.  At least in my vicinity, they meet on Saturday when the reform meet on Friday Nights.  They do indeed keep kosher in their synagogues and in many cases in the home as well.  Many keep kosher at home but do go out for dinner and do not really keep kosher. They are affluent people.  They like the community and they like to go out and eat in any restaruant in town, as I have seen.  That is ok at a certain level. I do not expect full observance of a Jewish person until that person is really online with Torah.  But that said, the intriging thing about the conservative is that they do think they are religious, but really refuse Torah at the level that Torah is true.  They do not have a mechitza and that does seemingly have some improvement seemingly from being separated from a loved one in the synagogue during prayer. But that said, if you dont feel that reform is religious enough, why not be religious.
