I must say that in 2008, I could hope for nothing else than Mr. McCain get the nomination of the republicans and then be elected President.
I was sure this was the likilihood and that Mr. Obama was just too inexperienced and young in the political world.
Suffice to say that today, I am very happy that McCain did not win for so many reasons indeed.
DADT, Sarah Palin and now, his philosophy.
Indeed, John McCain is a bright guy and works hard. He served as a military personell for a difficult era and took the heat of the war and the pain and suffering of physical and mental proportions that can not be fathomed in any sense at all.
But today, his conversations are just simply silly at best.
I like him a lot. I respect his ideals of a good way.
But to be quite particularly honest, he is marginally inept and basically I see it this way:
John McCain is basically here to argue that the enemy can be toilet trained.
This is not the most kosher and most complete philosophy. It would of course be great if everyone loved G-d and service. Of course we would be in a great nation and a great society.
But in turn, there is indifference and there is arrogance, ambivilance, foolishness and even dare say, evil heresy.
G-d is not a fool to think that the whole world is going to announce over and over that they are people of G-d day in day out. In fact, I suppose that our G-d likes the stage play that plays out between the forces of atheism and the forces of human interest.
