My reply to an anthracite

A reply was written to a comment that I wrote that Many Jews who are not exposed to Jewish Ultra Orthodox Communities have issues with things like Metzitza B'Pea (the suctioning of an infants penis wound after a circumcision by a mohel with his mouth).   (totally disgusting to me, but the religious community seems to think this is the paramount since someone once wrote a clip about doing this in the talmud.

The officious well meaning (right?) man who replied to my comment said something to the effect of "reform jews have big issues and have no right to comment on our community".

I wrote the following in reply.

You might be surprised, there are hidden tzaddiks among the even least of Torah relevant Jews. All jews have issues and a reform jew is a Torah Observant Jew in training in many cases. Either way, this is a disgusting experience for those of the Jewish people who are not subluxed in their view and imagery of Jewish ways of life that are unacceptable to a more less "refined" population of Jews. One who has issues is like a man with a cane. The cane can be used to help him or hurt his day. But listen to Hashem if you are on that level and pay heed to the promise of Israel. G-d is not a spoon that will shape you into a clock of your choice just because you want to be more dignified than those who are not as torah stringent. G-d is in control and you need to realize that Hashem is more than aware that there are less than Orthodox influences in a Jews life at times and that there are more considerations for any Man or Woman that must be met in order to justify the true faith of Moses and Torah. So good luck in your campaign to illigitimize and mock those who are not yet Torah observant or those who are simply disillusioned or poorly educated.
