I must remark that my own family and others are riddled with quotations like "judge not lest you be judged". This is not a Jewish axiom in any sense.
Indifference to the laws of man and G-d are not to be taken lightly.
Judaism teaches us that we can and must judge other people's character and beliefs.
This is not about discrimination and not about hatred.
It is about being intelligent and conscious of G-ds laws and well being.
