Do I humiliate you?

I am not your everyday jew and I do not seek to hide from heresy.
I seek to confront heresy head on and dispell the notions of anger and disrespect for Torah.
This may not seem like the likely mission of a doctor, but I will assure you that being in a doctors role in society all the more makes me one that must Guard Torah and fight for equal rights and respect for G-ds ways in this world.
This is Tikkun Olam.
I am a healer.
Tikkun Olam is healing the world.
I am up to the challenge.

I will say that I am not always received too well among many I have known for the years.
I surmise that many think that I should live as a shamed individual, especially considering that my days are not lived as a super employed physician or a married person (to date) or any other of the ideas that we have for a moderately older man in our towns.
But I will assure you that I see no reason for me to hide in the corners of the emotional enclaves of our worlds.
