Shomer Negiah is wellness.

I realize that I am unpopular in many circles, but I have an issue with shaking the opposite gender's hand in a handshake on a usual basis.

G-d is true to Jewish life and we do not keep the words of the wicked in our midst.

Israel keeps purity laws.

I hope that I can proceed in my civics life without the necessity to shake the hands of the women in my life.
I will shake those who are in a position such as my own physician or perhaps my congresswoman.

I have long wondered if I could keep this presence in my life, and I think it is perfect.

So diligence teaches us to be dignified.

I will try to remain Shomer Negiah.
