Today I had a Brick House cigar. A smaller one, small in diameter, but about 7 inches in length. This one I will report tasted like Orange Peels in Paradise. It was really good. I rate it a 9/10. Thats pretty good. I am yet to try one that is a 10/10. And this one was very affordable. I must say I have never smoked a Cuban Cigar, nor will I until it is LEGAL for a US CITIZEN to do so. No, I do not plan to have one unless the is a change in the embargo. Even if I am in Canada or another land where it is legal to sell them. Being that my income comes from the USA, I will continue the embargo personally as well until the time it is no more.
I also had a few cheaper cigars yesterday. One was a "factory reject", the factory which I can not recall the name. It was really not bad at all considering it was only 1.25 $. I report that it tasted like gemstones in a mirror. A good taste that I would rate to be 6/10. I bought a few. I also found some under the brand name "honduran special" or somthing like that. They did not have a band on them to ID them, only the crate in which they came. This one I smoked and tasted like gumdrops in a windmill. Not great, but definately for about 2 dollars and about 80 cents a smoke worth considering. I rate it abotu a 6/10 as well. For the most part, the cigars I've had from the smoke store all rate at least a 5-6 in my opinion. I do have 2 really cheap cigars that someone gave me waiting to be smoked. They I am guessing will rate a 2-3/10. Black and mild I think is their monicker. I would say that if you want a smoke that burns under 6 minutes its a good one to give a go.
I did have another Brickhouse cigar some time ago which was larger in diameter and did not taste as good as this one.. Still it was an 8/10. I will report its taste the next time I smoke one. :). Enjoy!
